Interpreting the directions coming from the clientele, schematic designs and ranges of material selections are presented as initial approaches to the design solutions. Customized furniture, i.e. reception desks, boardroom tables, entertainment cabinets and built-in cabinetry are unique solutions to let our client feel the peculiarities of our output from one another.
HOTELS and CONDOMINIUMS
Hotel projects in its rarity are opportunities we cannot just
let go. From conceptual edifice, to upgrading or plain renovations,
we are proud to say that we became part of these projects.
Condominium unit improvement projects started to come by designed according
to the uniqueness of its end users.
RESIDENTIAL
Being an architectural firm doing architectural interiors made us more
competitive in residential projects. From its building concepts to its
interior designs and details, we catered our services to our local market
as well as overseas. Renovations and face-liftings of residences are
special cases that we can only give our best within the ranges of probabilities,
in terms of design limits and budget.
RA 9266, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 33:
Drawings and specifications and other contract documents duly signed, stamped or sealed, as instruments of service, are the intellectual property and documents of the architect, whether the object for which they are made is executed or not. It shall be unlawful for any person to duplicate or to make copies of said documents for use in the repetition of and for other projects of buildings, whether executed partly or in whole, without the written consent of architect or author of said documents.
